The philosophy of Artprojekt SA (and where we get our name) is inspired partly by Bauhaus, which tended to make the artist aware of his social responsibility towards the community, and for this reason saw the end of the distinction between fine and applied arts and thus encourages a cross-pollenation between the two.
The result of these artists' work, the product, had to have a social justification; the design was an experimental, didactic instrument with the aim of helping to "dress up" the element in a human way.

Architect Claudio Lo Riso, of Lugano, directs the architectural and artistic choices of Artprojekt SA, together with the team of specialists in various sectors, such as evaluation, acquisition, appraisal, management and commercialization of the real estate product.
